Todd M. Parco, DDS
Dr. Parco earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery certification from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago before completing a two year residency in pediatric dentistry. During his residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Dr. Parco was the Chief Resident in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Parco is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric DentistryBoard Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and maintains active status in numerous professional organizations. He holds hospital privileges and performs dental surgeries at multiple locations in El Paso, highlighted by the El Paso Children’s Hospital. His energy and smile is absolutely contagious and he can be seen giving kids “high-fives” and talking to them about teeth throughout the day while in the clinic. He believes that positive reinforcement is the key to not only eliminate a child’s fear of the dentist, but can even make a trip to the dentist an exciting experience.
As a pediatric dental specialist, Dr. Parco understands the challenges many families face when raising developmentally disabled children and gladly welcomes them for treatment at the Croc Doc.

Bridger Allen, DMD
Dr. Bridger Allen is a Pediatric Dentist who received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Afterwards, he completed his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry following his residency at the University of Mississippi Batson Children’s Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Allen enjoys practicing dentistry because of his love of problem solving while interacting with a wide variety of people on a daily basis. Dr. Allen pursued his specialization in Pediatric Dentistry because of the daily surprises and entertainment that working with children provides, along with the satisfaction from working with special needs patients.
He resides here in El Paso with his wife, five children, and three parakeets. When he is not busy learning about My Little Pony or Pokemon, painting nails with “Piggy Paint”, playing “hide and seek”, giving piggyback rides, or braiding hair, he enjoys board games, grilling, reading, photography and watching the New Orleans Saints play football.
Amir Aghili, DMD
Dr. Amir completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California Irvine with Highest Honors in pharmaceutical Sciences and was the recipient of the most Distinguished scholarship of the University of California system, Regent’s Scholarship, and received UCLA’s scholarship recognition award. Dr. Amir was one of 60 students in the Nation to receive the Fellowship of the National Institutes of Health, Division of Infectious Diseases, and completed his research fellowship in Washington D.C at the Laboratory of the Chief of infection biology of the NIH, and was one of 35 students from 6000 graduating seniors to receive the Chancellor’s Award of Distinction for academic achievement upon the recommendation of the office of the Chancellor. Dr. Amir then completed his Dental training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he received his doctorate degree, and was elected to E.stevenson Dental Honorary society for academic excellence and Professionalism, and was also elected to the Oral Health advisory committee of the Department of Health and Human Services of the state of Nevada. Dr. Amir has completed a year long fellowship in Implant Dentistry through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry while at UNLV and is an affiliate associate fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr.Amir is passionate about providing the best care to his patients, and loves working with his patients to bring them a beautiful healthy smile! In his spare time, Dr.Amir enjoys swimming, running and traveling.
