We Accept Texas Medicaid

We are proud to accept Texas Medicaid for all eligible patients. If you are unsure whether your child qualifies or have questions about using your Medicaid benefits at our office, please call us. Our team is happy to walk you through it.

Private Insurance

We work with most major private dental insurance plans. Because insurance policies vary widely, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

Here is how we handle insurance on your behalf:

  • Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service
  • We will bill your insurance company directly and allow 45 days for payment
  • After 60 days, the remaining balance becomes the patient's responsibility, paid in full
  • If your insurance pays more than estimated, any overpayment will be promptly refunded to you
